How I Use AI to Create Content for My Blog

Writing about spirituality, personal growth, and helping people in crisis is not just my passionit’s my inner need, my mission. To make my articles as valuable and accessible as possible, I use modern tools like Artificial Intelligence (AI). I want to be fully transparent with you, so here’s how AI supports my work and why I decided to use it.

How AI Supports My Work

Research and gathering information

AI helps me find information like scientific studies, religious or cultural theories, and more. Even though I’ve read and learned a lot about these topics, AI helps me pull out the key points and present them in a clear, easy-to-understand way. This allows me to share different perspectives, including critical ones, which I always verify and comment on from my own point of view.

Translating into English

I’m from Eastern Europe, and English isn’t my first language—it’s at an intermediate level. That’s why I use AI to translate my thoughts into clear and correct English. This way, I can reach a wider audience. Plus, with every article, I’m improving my English—AI is like my patient teacher that never gets tired! 😉

Improving structure and style

Sometimes I struggle to organize my thoughts or make them clear. AI helps me structure my content so it’s easier to read and understand. It’s like having an editor who helps me polish my ideas.

Expanding my knowledge

When I write, I usually already have a theory or idea in mind. AI helps me dive deeper into the topic, find additional information, and look at it from different angles. Sometimes, while writing and exploring with AI, I discover new perspectives or ideas I hadn’t considered before. This means I don’t always finish an article right away because my views evolve as I learn. Often, the final piece reflects how my thinking has changed during the process. It’s a journey that allows me to grow alongside my readers.

My Intention

My goal is to share knowledge and experiences in a way that helps others on their own spiritual journey. I want to inspire people with my path—both personal and spiritual—and with the knowledge we have about biological and psychological mechanisms, spiritual experiences from different cultures and religions, and techniques that support personal and spiritual growth. For me, it’s all connected—it’s the same path, and we can all walk it in our own way.

I see my thoughts and ideas as the essence of what I want to share, much like the soul is the essence of who we are. Just as our physical lives give form to the soul, I use AI to give form to my ideas. It’s a tool that helps me express myself—from editing text to translating and organizing my thoughts. While many people use similar tools but rarely talk about it, I believe in being open about my process. It acts as my researcher and personal assistant, helping me explore topics, organize information, and present it in a way that’s easy to understand. Every piece of content I publish is the result of my own work, thoughts, and verification. AI is just a technical support that allows me to focus on what matters most—sharing value and authenticity.

A Few Thoughts

My story, which you’ll get to know as you read my blog, means I don’t have as much time to work on it as I’d like. After my wife left, I’ve been raising three kids on my own. It’s a huge challenge, but also a source of strength and inspiration. Despite these difficulties, I feel a deep need to share my journey and knowledge to inspire others.

I don’t see anything wrong with using AI—it’s just a tool that supports me in my work, like a prosthetic leg helps someone walk and function. Similarly, I use tools like WordPress and plugins to run my blog. Not because I want to deceive anyone, but because they make my work easier. This blog would never exist—just like many others—if everyone who wanted to start one had to first learn how to code. Tools like these allow people like me, who aren’t programmers, to focus on what really matters: creating and sharing ideas.

I know I’m not perfect. My English isn’t flawless, and I’m not a perfect writer in my native language either. But I’m creative and deeply motivated to keep asking new questions and searching for answers. That’s what drives me to use every tool I can to make my vision a reality.

I do my best to make sure the information I share is as reliable and up-to-date as possible, but I’m not perfect. AI isn’t perfect either, and even experts in psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, or spirituality aren’t always right. That’s why I encourage you to think critically, check things for yourself, and draw your own conclusions.

Plato, even though he was a great authority in his time, saw writing as a threat. He feared it would weaken memory and deep thinking. Today, we know that writing became one of the most important tools for the development of civilization. Similarly, I see AI as a huge opportunity—a tool that allows me to share my thoughts and vision with a wider audience. I believe that, when used with good intentions and as a supporting tool to speed up work, AI is one of the biggest steps forward in human history. It’s a chance for growth that, if used wisely, can benefit all of us.
